With an establishment of our own Beauty Salon “QBS Beauty Lounge” we are now able to test and develop our new products in house before offering them to our clients. Our experienced team of lash artists and skin therapist are always happy to help you with all the product inquiries.

All orders placed before 3PM are dispatched the same day and are shipped with the fastest and most reliable service. If you are based in the United Kingdom you will receive your order the next working day. All orders placed from Europe will arrive within 5 working days and if you are based outside Europe you should expect the delivery within 7-10 working days. We also provide DHL Express delivery option where you will get your order within 1 or 2 working days wherever you are in the world. We also work on weekends, therefore all orders placed on Saturday before 1PM are also posted the same day.
