We offer a 30 day no hassle return policy so if, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund or replacement.
If you received defective merchandise or incorrect order and would like to exchange it, please contact us on email@example.com. We will be happy to assist you and send out replacement right away. Please note, that due to sanitation and health regulations, QBS cannot accept returns on any opened seal products or used tools and therefore the item has to be returned in its original condition.
We strongly encourage you to inspect all packages immediately upon receipt. If you believe that the item received is defective or damaged, please contact QBS as soon as possible. QBS reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. All returned packages received without prior authorization will be refused and shipped back to sender.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us (we recommend you get Proof of Posting). There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods.
Please follow these three easy instructions to return your purchase:
- Make sure the item is in original condition. We cannot refund or credit returned goods that are marked or otherwise damaged.
- Enclose a copy of your invoice. Please include a copy of the original invoice (or the invoice number and invoice date) with the returned product so that we can issue the proper credit or refund.
