How to use Excellent Volume Impact Mascara:

1. Use mascara after all other eye makeup has been applied.

5. Apply on roots of eyelashes with a twisting motion to make sure more mascara is applied on roots than on tips.

7. Apply evenly to tips and recoat if needed to intensify, darken, and define eyes.
