540 Titanium Derma Roller

This 540 Titanium Derma Roller is designed to produce controlled microinjuries in the skin. It stimulates a natural cascade of chemical reactions that leads to smoother and healthier skin. Derma roller effectively increases collagen and elastin production, promotes a breakdown and revascularization of hardened scars as well as boosts local blood circulation. It comes with 540 ultra-sharp needle tips made from titanium that are specially arranged in a cross-line manner which remain stable during the use of the device.

You can choose from 5 needle length options: 0.25, 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2mm - each is suited best for different purposes.
