All product information, including product descriptions, brand information, photographs and ingredients, is displayed on the website as provided by the manufacturer or brand authorised agent and QBS cannot accept responsibility for any omissions or errors.
QBS has made every effort to represent the colours of products and packaging as accurately as possible. However, accuracy of colours and colour charts is not guaranteed because each computer displays colours in slightly different ways. If you have any questions about the product, please contact us.
QBS purchases its products directly from authorised distributors, providing you with an extra guarantee of quality and assurance. QBS has not performed any independent testing to verify the accuracy of product claims or ingredient inclusions or omissions.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate.
While we try and ensure that all prices on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
We cannot guarantee that a product you request is available. In the event that we are unable to supply the product, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and you will not be charged for those products (a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the products).
Allergies and intolerances advice
Some people can suffer a negative reaction to beauty products, even ones that have no artificial ingredients.
We strongly advise you to seek the advice of a qualified medical adviser or health professional before purchasing any beauty product from us for use by a person (including yourself) who has previously suffered or experienced any reaction or intolerance to any product placed upon the skin.
We shall not be held responsible for any damages, injury or illness that occurs due to an allergic reaction.
Limitation of liability
QBS shall not be held liable for any damages, injury or illness caused by the misuse of any product. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to read all product instructions carefully, to use the product strictly for the purpose it was designed for, and to ensure that the product is used in a safe and reasonable manner.
QBS will not be responsible for (i) losses that were not caused by any breach on our part, or (ii) any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure), or (iii) any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when the contract for the sale of products by us to you was formed.
You can track the status of your order by logging into your members area and clicking on ‘Orders’ if you have created and account on registering. This also enables you to checkout quicker on future purchases.
Your placed orders will be available to view and you will also have the current assigned status against each one. The meaning of each status is described below:
- Processing – Your order has been successfully placed and is awaiting payment
- Complete – The payment for your order has been received and your order is being packed
- Dispatched – Your order has been dispatched and should be with you within the next two working days
- Cancelled – Either payment for your order has not been received within a reasonable time and it has now been cancelled by us, or you have informed us that you no longer wish to continue with your order.
Payment Terms, Billing and Account Information
We will charge your credit account for payment upon receipt of your order unless delivery cannot be fulfilled within 30 days. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we can cancel the order and or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Please note that unless otherwise stated on the website, delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon.
We make every effort to deliver goods within our estimated timescales, however delays occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. QBS shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Under UK law you are entitled to a “cooling off” period after placing your order. You may cancel your order without giving a reason and return your goods within 7 working days following the day of receipt for a full refund of all charges other than postage. Goods must be returned as new and unused.
The cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain a proof of postage from the post office. We are not responsible for the loss of any items during transit for any returned items.
In the unfortunate event of any faulty goods being received, please contact us immediately to arrange the return of the goods. They must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods will be refunded. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved. We recommend that goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Loyalty card scheme
The QBS loyalty points scheme offers points to customers for some purchases from us. Please note:
- The scheme is operated at our discretion and we reserve the right to cancel the scheme or change its terms at any time with 2 weeks advance notification to customers. Once the scheme is cancelled we will not be bound to make good any unused points held by our customers or compensate customers in any way for unused points.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Products purchased with reward points may not be returned unless faulty.
- Although most products will usually be available for purchase with reward points we retain the right to withdraw certain products from the scheme or change the exchange value or amount of points available on products.
- Any decision made by QBS about the allocation or redemption of reward points is final.
