Neicha spray eyelash primer is designed as a pretreatment before eyelash extension procedure to remove dirt and oil from the natural eyelashes. Spray type special formula contains less alcohol and is more suitable for sensitive eyes. Using Neicha primer will effectively result in quicker application time and will create a stronger bond. Use a primer before mascara application and you will get thicker, stronger and longer natural lashes extending mascara wear time at the same time. Available in 2 different scents.
